Carter is grateful to be a member of On A Sensual Note, because it combines his three favorite things: ties, singing and attention. His roots lie in South Carolina, but he came to our nation’s capital to meet intelligent people, pretty blonde girls, and pretty intelligent blonde girls. Carter spends his time tracking Lemony Snicket, catching ’em all, and being disappointed that everyone else in this town has cool socks too.
